To build global trust and awareness around licensed immigration consultants, the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants launched a multilingual, cross-cultural campaign designed to clearly distinguish legitimate professionals from fraudulent ones. Inspired by the concept of “hidden in plain sight,” the visuals used a “Where’s Waldo”-style treatment, embedding unlicensed consultants in crowded patterns to show how easily immigration fraud can go unnoticed. Rolled out across digital, social, radio, and OOH channels in multiple markets, the campaign reached over 150 million people globally and drove more than 380,000 visits to the College’s website—proving the power of bold, accessible creative and a universal message.
